Welcome to my EFT, Coaching and Yoga practice

If you have found me, chances are that you are struggling in some area of your life, be that physically, mentally or emotionally. You may not be excelling at work as you had hoped to, you may have difficulties in your relationship with a partner, parent or child, you may have lost a loved one and are grieving, you may have experienced trauma, recently or in childhood, or you may be struggling with weight loss. Whatever the reason, I am here to help.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental and supportive space, in which we can explore what is holding you back and why you might be feeling confused, anxious, angry, self-critical, depressed or simply not quite right, without knowing why.

I aim to listen deeply and compassionately to your story with an open mind and heart, enabling you to listen more deeply to yourself. I don’t provide answers or solutions, but assist you in finding them yourself. I believe that we all have an innate wisdom, which can guide us to a path of joy, grace, love and fulfilment; all we need is a key to unlock the access door. The gentler and more compassionate we are with ourselves, and the more that we befriend the parts of ourselves we dislike, the better our chances are of leading a wholesome and authentic life.

In my work, which is individually tailored to your needs, I draw on a broad range of theories and techniques from my background of coaching, psychotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and yoga.

I have no formula about how often or frequently we meet and we would jointly work out a plan that suits best.
